3. VENUE TERMS OF ENTRY & WAIVER
1. Entry Conditions
Entry is subject to compliance with these terms and staff directions.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests for safety or misconduct.
2. Assumption of Risk
Experiences may include:
- Low lighting
- Moving projections
- Sound and sensory effects
Participation is at your own risk.
3. Health & Safety
Do not participate if you:
- Have conditions affected by visual stimulation (e.g. epilepsy)
- Have mobility limitations that may be impacted
- Feel unwell
Notify staff of any concerns.
4. Children
Children must be supervised at all times.
Parents/guardians are responsible for safety and behaviour.
5. Recording & CCTV
The venue uses CCTV for safety.
Optional recording experiences are consent-based.
Incidental capture of guests may occur in shared spaces.
6. Personal Recording
Personal filming may be restricted.
Do not record other guests without permission.

4. REFUND & PAYMENT POLICY
1. Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as made available on our website.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
2. Refunds
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Refunds will be provided where:
- A service is not delivered as purchased
- There is a major failure with the experience
- We cancel a booking and no suitable alternative is offered
- Required by law
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Failure to attend (no-show)
- Late arrival resulting in reduced or denied entry
- Breach of venue terms or removal due to misconduct
3. Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be permitted at our discretion.
- Requests must generally be made at least 24–48 hours prior to the booking time
- Changes are subject to availability
- We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee
4. Cancellations by Us
If we cancel or significantly modify an experience, you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule
5. Group & Event Bookings
Separate cancellation and refund terms may apply to group or private bookings and will be provided at the time of booking.
6. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have an issue with your booking, please contact us first at info@hologramzoo.sydney.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
