What age is this suitable for?
Appropriate for children aged 3 and older, this cutting-edge technology also provides an exceptional experience for adults. It’s a crowd-pleaser for individuals of all ages!
Is this Virtual Reality?
Absolutely not! Virtual Reality involves wearing screens over your eyes, and it’s known to cause motion sickness in over 50% of users. Holograms, on the other hand, represent an entirely distinct technology where objects appear to float in the real world without the associated motion sickness issues commonly seen in Virtual Reality. There are no VR headsets or 3D glasses. You simply step inside.
How long does the experience take?
Each session takes roughly 45 minutes.
Is it scary?
There is no violence or animals dying, some parts might be scary for very young or sensitive children.
Is there any violence?
Many of the scenes have been purposefully designed to be peaceful and awe-inspiring. However, some children may be scared in some scenes.
Is this a water attraction? Should we bring our swim suits?
No. Holographic water is projected with laser light, it looks real, but you don’t get wet!
I have a companion card or child under 4. Do I need to pay for a ticket for them?
No. Companion card holders and young children are automatically included in any booked session. When you book, just quote the number of other persons who will be attending. Please bring your concession card on the day.
Is this attraction wheelchair-friendly?
Yes, all of our attractions are entirely wheelchair-friendly.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, tickets need to be booked in advance using our website.
Can I take photos?
Yes, you’re welcome to capture your visit. Our Hologram Photobooth also records photos and videos of you alongside life-sized holographic animals, which you can share to your socials via a QR code. Please follow any signage or staff directions in areas where recording is not permitted.
Can I wear smart glasses or AR glasses?
No. For the safety, privacy and enjoyment of all our guests, smart glasses and other wearable devices capable of recording audio, video or images are not permitted inside Hologram Zoo Sydney. Ordinary prescription glasses and sunglasses are fine.
Where is Hologram Zoo Sydney located?
Hologram Zoo Sydney is opening in Sydney in 2027. We’ll announce the exact location soon. Join our Early Bird list to be the first to know.

Yes, we found that everyone loved Holoverse very much, and we decided to find a new location with even more space so we can make the holograms even bigger and better!
